Energy China Zhejiang Thermal Power’s main business scope covers thermal power, nuclear power, water conservancy and water affairs, clean energy, power transmission and distribution, industrial park construction, housing construction, eco-environment protection, municipal engineering, chemical engineering, road engineering, steel structure manufacturing, etc. It is Energy China’s second level subsidiary with 1,050 MCNY registered capital and 9,000 MCNY total asset. It has obtained First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Construction Engineering, First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Electrical Engineering, First-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Municipal Engineering, First-Class Power Facility Installation Repair and Test Certificate, Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment Installation/Manufacturing Certificate, First-Class Qualification for Professional Contracting of Lifting Equipment Installation Project, First-Class Qualification for Professional Contracting of Environmental Protection Project, Second-Class Qualification for General Contracting of Petrochemical Engineering, International Economic Cooperation Management Qualification, etc.
双方本着“优势互补、资源共享、共同发展、合作共赢”的原则，在温宿南疆绿色氢能制氢储氢加氢一体化基地项目开发、投资、建设上开展战略合作。该项目包含1005兆瓦光伏电站。四川加华智氢负责项目整体开发工作；中国能建浙江火电负责在项目开发过程中提供技术支持，并在项目开发成功后负责项目EPC建设工作。
The two parties will work closely in the Project of Wensu Integrated Base for Green Hydrogen Production, Storage and Fueling in the spirit of complementary and mutual benefit, sharing resources and development. The project involves building a photovoltaic power station. Sichuan Jiahua Intelligent Hydrogen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will be responsible of the overall development of the project, while Energy China Zhejiang Thermal Power will provide technical support during the process and become the EPC contractor when the project is successfully developed.
